Join us for a hands-on deep dive into ChatGPT—built for small business owners and teams who want practical results, not AI theory. You’ll learn how to personalize ChatGPT, upload and work with files, run data analysis, generate images, build Custom GPTs, and write prompts that consistently produce useful output. No coding or technical background required. Food and beverages will be provided.

In this session, we go beyond “chatting with AI” and show you how to use ChatGPT like a real business tool.
Set up ChatGPT personalization so it matches your role, tone, and goals
Prompt engineering that works: a simple framework you can reuse for any task
File uploads: turn documents into summaries, checklists, and SOPs
Data analysis: upload a spreadsheet/CSV and get insights, trends, and next steps
Image generation: create marketing-ready image concepts and variations quickly
Custom GPTs: build a reusable assistant with instructions, guardrails, and knowledge files
This workshop includes live demos and a quick interactive exercise where you’ll build a repeatable workflow for one task you do every week (and wish you didn’t).
