About Max Bloom
Max Bloom is a Navy veteran turned entrepreneur who blends operational leadership with creative innovation. With a deep passion for storytelling, he recently produced a highly acclaimed biographical film that spotlighted the resilience and story of a fellow veteran. He also has hosted a military-veteran based podcast.
Throughout his Navy career, Max led teams of six to more than one hundred across diverse missions, earning recognition for sustaining high-performance in roles normally held by more senior personnel. His experience taught him to build teams, coach talent, and deliver results in dynamic environments.
While his technical background spans aviation fuels, helicopter maintenance, pilot training, and high-security operations, the real through-line is his ability to master new skills quickly. The Navy trained him to train; that foundation enables him to learn any discipline, adapt to any challenge, and communicate with clarity.
Max brings a servant-leader mindset to every project, and he pairs it with a relentless ability to adapt. Whether building a business, producing media, or supporting others on their entrepreneurial journey, he leads with curiosity, creativity, and a commitment to excellence.
